I use USPS Priority Mail and charge flat rate shipping according to USPS pricing.(Usually $9.30-$18.00)
However, I will give free shipping on orders $75 or more. Use code FREESHIP75 at checkout. For really large orders, shipping costs may vary due to weight.
Estimated Shipping Times: I ship only in the North American United States. I do not ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii at this time. The time I need to process an order for shipping is 1-3 days. I'll do my best to meet shipping estimates which is 3-5 business days, but cannot guarantee them. I am not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges: I gladly accept returns and exchanges on product that has not been used, meaning that the item(s) you wish to return have not been lit or burned. If product has arrived damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, but please contact me if you have issues with your order. I want you to be happy with your purchase!
